The King James Boys Release Latest Gospel Bluegrass Single “Glory Ride” - Out Now! | September 20, 2024 (Pinecastle Music)

South Carolina-Based Group Gears Up for Next Album ‘Get A Transfer’ Coming Soon From Pinecastle Records

Nashville, Tenn. – The King James Boys are excited to announce the release of their brand new single, "Glory Ride." It’s the latest offering from their forthcoming album, Get A Transfer, coming soon via Pinecastle Records (release date TBD). The upbeat track is available on all digital and streaming platforms, and fans can download and/or stream the recording HERE.

"We love the song and the music for 'Glory Ride' written by our friend Rickey Graves," says Randy Spencer of The King James Boys. "It’s a fun, upbeat song about living our life down here on Earth, learning about Heaven, how to get to Heaven, and about the trip getting there. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is plainly given in the song, and if you accept Him, you can take that Glory Ride."

As previously mentioned, “Glory Ride” was written solely by Rickey Graves. The upbeat Bluegrass anthem delivers a powerful message about the importance of being right with God, as no one knows when their time on Earth will end. It showcases the entire King James Boys band on instrumentation, with Randy Spencer strumming guitar and singing lead vocals, Cole Spencer adding bass guitar and harmony vocals, Curtis Lewis on banjo, and Will Hart on mandolin and baritone harmony. It stays true to the group’s defined sound, which combines multiple genres, blending Bluegrass, Roots, and Southern Gospel.
