OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE APPALACHIA RUST Releases for Critially Acclaimed Singer-Songwriter, Marty Falle Nashville, Tennessee (August 1, 2024) - Appalachia Rust releases worldwide today for prolific singer-songwriter, Marty Falle. Following quickly on the heels of 2023's Born Again Bluegrass, which again produced multiple top 10 singles, Appalachia Rust marks Falle's sixth studio album release. Marty has seen a heightened level of XM satellite, terrestrial and streaming radio airplay in recent months with his runaway hit, “Tumbleweed.” A sweet story-teller original, “Tumbleweed,” truly reflects his skillset as a writer. Fans will be glad to know that there is much more of that within the melodies and lyrics of Appalachia Rust, and you will even find Falle digging deeper. As a self-made man who remains true to himself and his beliefs, stories flow out of Marty Falle like water from the faucet. He tells tales of real life, past and present, happy, sad, and in-between. This latest effort focuses on Appalachian life, a corner of the world he holds dear and where he spends much of his time, at home on his farm in Eastern Kentucky. There is joy and there is pain…and there is a whole lot of fun, clever, Marty Falle artistry to discover on Appalachia Rust. Special guests include Dale Ann Bradley, Becky Buller, who also co-wrote “Sellathon Radio Show,” and NBC's The Voice Finalist, Nashville Singer-Songwriter, Jordan Rainer. A new venture, and a bit outside of his wheelhouse for Falle, was to include a cover of one of his all-time favorite songs, “You'll Never Leave Harlan Alive.” Marty struggled with the decision to record the famous song, but in the end, his respect and passion for the song won, and we think you will be glad it did. The new version reveals a fresh, grassy arrangement, a raw and emotive delivery from the singer, and a flawless accompaniment from fellow Kentuckian, Dale Ann Bradley. TRACK LIST: 1.
